18K Mix Tanks
18K Mix Tanks are a variation of a standard Single Wall Frac Tank that is half round or semi round. These tanks have (4) 10 HP Electric Mixers on each tank that have mixers at 2 different heights in the tank. These are a perfect addition to jobs that involve water treatment solutions that need mixing such as a pH adjustment or some other chemical addition. Or they are good at keeping solids suspended in the water for a process. Let us also provide you with a Generator and wire to run the tank on your jobsite. We can set the wiring up with Electrical Camlok quick connections at our branch before shipping to allow plug and play operation to a generator eliminating the need to have an electrician onsite to connect your mix tank to power.

Like all of our tanks these will be inspected inside and out when they are returned to our yard. Also before they leave to make sure they are in the best shape possible for the customer. We run the mixers on the yard typically with a generator as part of the ready to rent to ensure they are in proper working condition. Like our 21K stainless tanks we also offer a variation of the 18k mix tank that is stainless steel.
