21K Fine Bubble Aeration Tanks
21K Aeration Tanks are a variation of a standard 21K frac tank. These tanks have been specially designed with a Fine Bubble Aeration System that sits just above the floor of the tank. We modify these tanks in our fabrication shop to have (32) 12 inch Fine Bubble Aeration Disk in them. These tanks can accept between 100 cfm and 500 cfm of low pressure air based on project requirements. Fine Bubble Aeration Tanks have a huge advantage over traditional rough bubble aeration systems in the fact there is much more transfer of air into the product because the surface area of the much larger quantity of smaller bubbles means there will be much more air actually saturating into the water. Aeration Tanks are good for Activated Sludge Biological Treatment Systems for BOD/COD removal and Dissolved Oxygen (DO) increases.

Each tank is inspected multiple times throughout our inspection process to ensure it is checked in from the previous customer and ready to rent for the new customer. We stock all types of frac tanks at all of our various locations and can use them in conjunction with our different product lines such as pumps, boxes, water treatment, power and shoring equipment. We also have secondary contaminants for all of our different tank sizes.
