21K Half Round Tanks
21K Half Round Frac Tanks or mobile storage tanks are a very versatile piece of equipment that we rent for temporary liquid storage for all kinds of liquids. The main difference between a V bottom and a half round frac tank is the just that the bottom is a half round. The purpose of the half round is to allow sludges to settle to the center of the tank better than a traditional V bottom. This makes cleaning and transfer of the sludge in the bottom of the tank at the end of the job much easier and, therefore, faster and cheaper. At Blue Tank and Pump Rental build all of our frac tanks to our specifications with the ability to customize them to the specific needs of a customer. Every tank has an epoxy liner Carboline Phenoline 310, making it suitable for a wide variety of products.
We also offer our tanks as certified clean at the customer’s request for an additional cost. In the event we provide a certified clean tank we will perform a confined space entry for inspection to ensure the tank is fully clean and if needed we will complete the cleaning as required to ensure the tank is fully clean. All of our tanks are equipped with stairways with catwalks making access to the top manway safe and convenient. We also have smooth wall tanks available on request if preferred.
Features:
- Smooth Inside Wall Available
- Vapor Tight Available
- Internal Flanges on the ports allows for additional interior plumbing options.

- Half Round bottoms to allow for easy draining and cleaning of sludges
