Blowers
Blue Tank and Pump Rental has electric positive displacement blowers for rent to use for aeration in our rental fleet. These are often rented along with our fine bubble aeration tanks to provide aeration to raise dissolved oxygen levels in our aeration tanks. In many cases we use blowers in conjunction with aeration tanks for biological water treatment processes. We have electric blowers in the rental fleet ranging from 124 CFM to 2500 CFM. Please give us a call about any of your electric blower rental needs. We also have rented the large blowers commonly when a wastewater plant has had a blower failure on a permanent units.
Features:
- 480V Electrical powered from Shore Power or Generators
- Smaller units have mounted electrical starters and Larger units have mounted VFDs for control.
- Plumbbed with camlock hose fittings making it very easy to connect to our aeration tanks.
- Most Common size is 500 CFM which works great for 2 to 3 tanks.
- VFD control allows you to match exactly how much air you want to add to the tank
- VFD control also allows the units to run on smaller generators compared to starters saving fuel, wet stacking and monthly rental fees.
Blowers go through a complete inspection process between each rental to ensure they are ready for use at your site. Blowers are typically low maintenance and easy to operate.
