Chemical Pumps
Blue Tank & Pump Rental offers a full line of chemical dosing pumps. A few of the most common types are peristaltic and diaphragm pumps. These pumps are equipped with several options for autonomous control, including both digital and analog inputs/outputs. We typically pair these chemical dosing pumps with one of our automated control systems to accurately and reliably dose chemicals at specific rates. These can be utilized in pH adjustment systems to raise or lower the pH of liquids using caustics or acids. - All of our chemical dosing pumps are self priming and low maintenance
- Peristaltic Pumps do not require any moving part to contact the liquid, utilizing positive displacement rollers to move the liquid through the peristaltic hose
- Tube or Diaphragm failure detection automatically stops the dosing pump in the event of an internal leak
- Highly efficient pumps can run at low or high speeds for extended periods of time
- Remote Start/Stop Inputs that can easily be incorporated into your existing system
- 4-20mA Inputs allowing speed control for consistent dosing
- Standard 120V power allows you to simply plug them into your existing power source without requiring any special considerations
- Flow rates from 0.003 GPH to 158.5 GPH in Peristaltic and 0.004 GPH to 16.5 GPH in Diaphragm
Applications include but are not limited to wastewater treatment, potable water treatment, agriculture and irrigation, cooling tower water treatment, and general chemical metering.
