Dewatering Boxes
Dewatering boxes are the perfect tool to remove excess water from sludge or other debris. These boxes have an expanded wire mesh bottom and sides allowing for easy gravity dewatering with a dewatering filter. With 4” side flanged ports and butterfly valves these boxes can then be pumped out or gravity drained to remove the excess water. This can allow for lower disposal costs as you will have a dry material at the end of the process and the water can be disposed of separately for waste water recycling compared to landfill solidification.

Dewatering Boxes are an excellent and simple dewatering tool that is a cheaper way to remove solids from water. Boxes like these are always inspected upon their return to the yard to make sure the flanges and valves as well as the door seals and dewatering mesh are clean and in good order for the next job they go out to.
