Sewer Bypass
When a bourbon distillery needed to bypass their plant clarifier we were able to give them a sewer bypass solution that used a diesel pump to move the liquid to the temporary clarifier (Open Top Frac Tank) then out with another diesel pump into their sewer system. By the use of floats and level alarms this system was able to run autonomously while plant personnel checked on the system regularly. This allowed them to make the necessary repairs to the clarifier while keeping the plant in operation and in compliance. We are able to provide bypass solutions that are tailored to your needs for your job.
