Solids Handling Dry Prime Pumps
Our Solids Handling Dry Prime Pumps, manufactured by Thompson Pump for Blue Tank and Pump Rental, range from 4” to 18” and are available in trailer mounted and skid mounted diesel-powered units. With the capability of handling up to a 3” solid and having the option of open and closed impellers, we can size the pump to fit a customer’s application to ensure they get the correct pump for the job. These units are also fitted with a compressor/venturi system to prime themselves without needing to have an attendant fill the volute. We also have the option for autostart floats, level control, and pressure controlled operation. This adds a level of assurance and peace of mind that the pump will be available when needed and not run unnecessarily.
