Hydraulic Submersible Pumps

Designed for applications where the suction lift exceeds 25 feet, these units use two separate pieces of equipment to eliminate the suction head entirely. The first is a Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) that generates the power via a diesel engine and a hydraulic motor and transfers this power to the second piece, the Hydraulic Submersible Pump Head (HST). The HST is connected to the HPU with high pressure hydraulic lines and is lowered into the location from which the liquid or slurry is pumped. This setup eliminates all suction head and allows for deep heads up to 240 feet. These pumps are also able to handle thicker sludges and slurries because it eliminates the suction lift.

  • Auto-Start Floats to Start Pump when Needed and Stop Pump when Not
  • Level Transducers to More Accurately Maintain the Fluid Level
  • Quick Disconnects on Delivery and Return Hoses
  • Optional Biodegradable Lubricants for Environmentally Sensitive Application
